Conference Registration & Check-in
Grand Ballroom Foyer · Pick up your conference badge, program guide, and welcome packet. NAD staff and volunteers on hand to assist throughout the evening.
Opening Ceremony
Grand Ballroom B · Formal opening of the NAD 58th Biennial Conference. Welcome from the NAD President, performance by a nationally recognized Deaf artist, introduction of the theme 'Roots & Rising,' and keynote address. Doors open at 6:30 PM. Full captioning and ASL on all screens. Arrive early - seating fills quickly.
Roots & Rising Cultural Extravaganza
Grand Ballroom B · An evening celebrating Deaf culture, heritage, and artistic expression. Performances include Deaf performing arts, ASL storytelling, Deaf comedy, and music with Deaf interpreters. One of the most anticipated events of the conference - arrive early.
College Bowl Finals
Grand Ballroom B · NAD College Bowl teams from Deaf and mainstream universities compete in a fast-paced academic quiz format covering Deaf history, ASL linguistics, current events, and general knowledge. High energy, high stakes - a conference highlight.
